What happens after I send an inquiry?
We review what you’ve shared and follow up personally to understand your preferences. Then we shape a proposal you can review and refine with us before making booking decisions.
How much should we budget?
Your dates, number of travelers, choice of accommodations, and experiences shape the cost. Share a comfortable total budget range, or choose “Help me decide.” We’ll use that to explore suitable options rather than promise a one-size-fits-all price.
What is included—and are international flights separate?
Your proposal will identify the selected accommodations, transportation, and experiences, along with inclusions and exclusions. The budget requested in our inquiry form is for your group’s Costa Rica arrangements and excludes international flights. Review the proposal before booking.
Which airport should we use, and do we need a rental car?
The right arrival airport depends on where you stay and the route you choose. We can arrange private airport transfers and transportation between destinations, so a rental car may not be needed. Confirm the route and transportation plan before purchasing flights.
When should we visit, and how early should we start planning?
Start with your preferred dates and the experiences you want most. We’ll help consider your route, pace, and availability. If you have fixed dates or a particular stay in mind, beginning earlier gives us more time to explore options; specific availability is confirmed during planning.
Can you plan for different ages and activity levels?
Tell us who is coming, how active you want to be, and any mobility or access needs we should consider. We’ll explore appropriate stays and outings, with time to relax. Accessibility and any activity requirements must be confirmed for the specific arrangements.
What happens if our plans change?
Change and cancellation terms depend on the accommodations and services booked. Review the applicable payment deadlines, change conditions, cancellation terms, and any nonrefundable charges before you commit. Let us know promptly if your plans change so we can explore the available options.
